When you contact Grace Engineering Services, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number and project details. The website sends a one-time verification code to the email address provided. Enquiry information is held temporarily on the server and is forwarded to GES only after successful email verification.
How information is used
GES may use the information to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested scope, prepare a proposal, coordinate with the relevant technical team and maintain ordinary business records.
Sharing
Information may be shared internally with the GES personnel who need it to evaluate or deliver the requested work. GES does not sell website enquiry information.
External links
The site may include links to email, telephone and mapping applications. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for the enquiry, contractual requirements, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards should be applied according to the sensitivity of the information.
